I keep my retainer fees transparent and predictable. For example, a quarter-time fractional commitment (roughly 10 hours per week) is secured at a flat $4,000 per month.

Design-Build Technical Partner

Delivering a defined outcome depends on an upfront agreement regarding scope, timeline, and deliverables. My work covers taking the brief, designing the system, writing the code, deploying the infrastructure, and handing over the product. This model fits founders with product clarity, teams needing supplemental execution, or those facing fixed milestones, such as funding deadlines.

For this type of engagement, I provide flat-rate, phase-based estimates based on your vision and timelines. To stay in line with your expectations and budget, I scope the work in predefined deliverables to avoid surprises and eliminate the uncertainty of open-ended hourly billing. If you discover that a pivot is needed, we simply collaboratively adjust the scope of the upcoming phases.
